CTDU
aims to be a resourceful ally enabling community organisations and individuals
to:

Develop
their voice, skills and knowledge in order to take an active role in the running
of their organisations and to be involved in issues affecting their local areas.

Assist management
committees and staff to work together to build strong and effective community
organisations.

Support
initiatives that promote citizenship and decentralised decision making.

Help people
learn new ways of connecting with and representing their communities, looking
into and presenting local issues and making their voices heard at local and national
government levels.
CTDU offers training and development support to the management committees, members
and staff of community organisations in Forth Valley regeneration areas.
